Tracing debtors in the current economic slowdown is getting much harder, says private investigation agency, TP Investigations Limited.
Debtors are getting harder to trace, as people become aware of techniques to avoid repayments, says Pete Gresty of TP Investigations Limited. "We are finding that some debtors are almost planning their exit and have purchased or used goods and services knowing that they have no intention of ever paying for them. We have found debtors who have racked up £1000's in credit, make sure their house is in someone else's name, trade via limited companies to avoid any personal liabilities, and fail to register on the Electoral Roll wherever possible. Usually their numbers are ex-directory, they avoid bailiffs and process servers and fail to comply with court judgements. They seem to move about every 4-5 months, and each time they move they clock up more and more credit and the inevitable debt that goes with it. County Court judgements are in abundance, and do not seem to bother these people at all." Using a private investigator to trace this sort of debtor is almost like after the event insurance - TP Investigations offer no find no fee arrangements in some circumstances.
TP Investigations Limited are private investigators dealing with private and corporate investigations on behalf of business, individuals and organisations worldwide, with competitive fixed fees as required. Surveillance, investigations, research and tracing all provided. http://www.tp-investigations.co.uk
